These terms govern your use of Nebula and its services. By accessing the platform you agree to them.
Nebula provides an inference cloud: you deploy models and serve tokens over an API.
You are responsible for the models you deploy, the data you process and your own compliance with applicable law.
Fees are based on tokens served, as disclosed on the pricing page. We never charge for model storage.
You may not use Nebula for any unlawful purpose, including generating content you do not have the right to produce.
To the extent permitted by law, Nebula's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
